Zone 2AB Meeting

This is a training event targeted for Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers and Membership Chairpersons… and we have a lot of work to do for our clubs, so be ready to get to work. If you don’t have a Membership Chairperson – appoint one and bring him/her.

The first Zone meeting agenda will focus on planning your year, bring your club calendar if you have one prepared. We will be listing all annual club events – both service and fund raising. Dining is optional but encouraged. We will take dinner orders once all have arrived and break to dine when served. Once complete we will shift to what YOUR club is actively doing to promote membership, and consider additional membership recruitment ideas.

This an opportunity to learn from one another and steal (woops – adopt) great ideas that have proven successful.

One rule: Be positive and upbeat. This is going to be a great year, a year of change and club growth.  You are going to make it happen!

Cattails would like a head count of expected attendees, so please RSVP to Randy Bigelow or 458-7361
